Desktop Layout/Infograph

I felt to associate the content of the inforgraph on general relativity to the concept of learning and educating, I chose to include elements of a blackboard, which is something that has strong connotations with a classroom and learning. I created this through the use of a chalk texture on both the text and some of the shape outlines. Also to further this sense of hand drawn and individuality, the fill texture on shapes was stylized to look as if it had been drawn in.

I chose to subtly section off certain pieces of text and information using the grid structure in order to separate the different pieces of information and images.  I think I utilized space effectively within my desktop layout, as there’s a nice flow from one piece of text to the other, also as there is no real hierarchy of information, both visually and theoretically, it allows people to read the information in their own way.
